The invention provides a preparation method of an anti-oxidation coating on the surface of a C/C composite material, the anti-oxidation C/C composite material and application of the anti-oxidation C/C composite material, and relates to the technical field of C/C composites.The preparation method comprises the following steps that firstly, MoSi2 is adopted as a permeation material to conduct permeation treatment on the C/C composite material, then SiO2 is adsorbed to the surface of MoSi2, then heat treatment is conducted, and the C/C composite material is obtained. Therefore, the anti-oxidation coating is formed on the surface of the C/C composite material. The preparation method solves the technical problems that in the prior art, the C/C composite material is lack of high-temperature and ultrahigh-temperature anti-oxidation coatings, and meanwhile, the preparation process of the anti-oxidation coatings is complex, and the technical effect of remarkably improving the high-temperature stability and the oxidation resistance of the C/C composite material is achieved.
本发明提供了一种C/C复合材料表面抗氧化涂层的制备方法、抗氧化C/C复合材料及其应用,涉及C/C复合材料的技术领域,该制备方法包括以下步骤:先采用MoSi2作为渗料对C/C复合材料进行渗处理,再使SiO2吸附到MoSi2表面,之后进行热处理,从而在C/C复合材料表面形成抗氧化涂层。本发明解决了现有技术中C/C复合材料缺少高温和超高温抗氧化涂层,同时抗氧化涂层制备工序复杂的技术问题,达到了显著提高C/C复合材料的高温稳定性和抗氧化性的技术效果。
