Soft foundation replacement and filling construction method
The invention discloses a soft foundation replacement and filling construction method which comprises the following steps: a) excavating a foundation; b) riprapping and silt squeezing; and c) constructing a preset bearing layer. Steel bars are planted at the preset elevation position of the moderately weathered rock stratum exposed out of the replacement filling pit groove in a layered mode for bridging, a steel bar net is horizontally erected, and the peripheral side of the steel bar net is connected with the planted steel bars on the rock stratum; and concrete is poured into the replacement filling pit groove to the preset elevation, a preset bearing layer raft foundation is formed after curing is completed, and replacement filling construction of the soft foundation is completed. According to the method, the soft foundation is subjected to the treatment mode of riprapping and silt squeezing, organized drainage, rock stratum bar planting and bridging, reinforced concrete replacement and filling and high-pressure grouting, so that the foundation form of a raft foundation and a pile foundation is changed into a large raft foundation; the problems of difficult pile foundation implementation or high construction cost due to complex geological conditions, large underground water, limited construction environment and the like are solved, the construction difficulty is reduced, the construction period is shortened, and the construction safety is improved.
本发明公开了一种软弱地基换填施工方法,包括如下步骤,a)地基开挖;b)抛石挤淤;c)预设持力层施工。在换填坑槽中露出的中风化岩层的预设标高处分层植筋架桥,并水平搭设钢筋网,使钢筋网的周侧与岩层上的植筋连接;向换填坑槽中浇筑混凝土至预设标高,养护完成后形成预设持力层筏板基础,完成软弱地基的换填施工。本发明通过对软弱地基进行“抛石挤淤+有组织排水+岩层植筋架桥+钢筋混凝土换填+高压注浆”的处理方式,从而将基础形式由“筏板基础+桩基础”改为大筏板基础,解决了因地质条件复杂、地下水大、施工环境受限等桩基础实施困难或成本较高施工方式问题,降低了施工难度,节约了施工工期,提高了施工的安全性。
