The invention discloses an efficient soft soil foundation treatment method combining gas lift with surcharge preloading, which is suitable for surcharge preloading drainage treatment of a soft soil foundation, and comprises the following steps: S1, mounting a joint at the bottom of a drainage plate for connecting a breather pipe; s2, a breather pipe is connected with the connector at the bottom, and the breather pipe and the drainage plate are hit into the soft soil foundation together through a plate hitting machine; s3, after all the drainage plates are driven into the soft soil foundation, a sand cushion layer is laid; s4, an air lift pipeline is laid on the sand cushion layer and connected with an air compressor, and the air lift pipeline extends to all the drainage plates from the air compressor; s5, the gas lift pipeline is connected with the ventilation pipe, and two layers of non-woven fabrics are laid on the gas lift pipeline; and S6, step-by-step stacking is started when the machine enters the field, and meanwhile air lifting is conducted by intermittently starting an air compressor.
