The grouting nail comprises a nail body and a nail cap, a first grouting channel is formed in the nail body, a second grouting channel is formed in the nail cap, the second grouting channel is communicated with the first grouting channel, an additive ball is arranged on the first grouting channel, a necking is arranged on the first grouting channel, and the additive ball is clamped at one end of the necking. In the process that slurry extrudes the admixture ball, as the necking part is designed to be of a sharp structure, the ball shell is easily punctured, and liquid in the admixture ball is rapidly mixed with the slurry under the condition that the slurry flows at a high speed. The top cap and the nail body are connected in a separated and threaded mode, and the top cap is further provided with a flow meter and a signal receiving and transmitting device. And the whole design has strong novelty and practicability. The whole device avoids the phenomenon that the firmness and stability of the ground anchor are affected due to the fact that the solidification speed of grout is not uniform, the liquidity is reduced, injection holes are difficult to fill, the grouting uniformity is poor, and even grouting is insufficient. And the method has a relatively high popularization value.
