The invention relates to the technical field of slope protection, in particular to a surface mine slope reinforcing device which comprises a protective net and a combined anchor rod detachably connected with the protective net, the combined anchor rod comprises a plurality of sets of fixing structures arranged in the same axis direction, and every two adjacent fixing structures are fixed through an adjusting structure. Extrusion structures are arranged in the fixing structures and are used for improving the stability of the fixing structures and the inner wall of the drill hole; according to the drilling depth, a proper number of fixing cylinders are selected and are in threaded connection with the threaded structures at one ends of one set of sliding rods through the adjusting structures, and after one set of sliding rods are installed, one ends of the other set of sliding rods are connected with the adjusting structures through the threaded structures, so that the fixing cylinders can be adjusted according to the drilling depth. And the length of the combined anchor rod is adjusted, and the use convenience is improved.
