The invention provides a device and method for compacting and reinforcing a salinized soil foundation through vibration. The device comprises a walking device and a vibration unit. The walking device comprises a vehicle, and a guide frame, a high-pressure water pump, a water suction pump, a hot water boiler, a heat-conducting oil furnace and a control host which are integrated on the vehicle; the vibration unit comprises a vibration hammer overhung on the guide frame, a vibration rod and a vibration plate, and the vibration rod and the vibration plate are installed on the acting face of the lower end of the vibration hammer in a switchable mode; the vibration rod is used for performing primary vibration compaction on the soil body, spraying high-temperature water jet into the soil body in the process to dissolve soluble salt and then pumping away the soluble salt; the vibration plate is used for secondary vibration compaction and vibration compaction of the surface of the soil body, and the control host is used for controlling the vibration frequency of the vibration hammer and the working states of the high-pressure water pump, the water suction pump, the hot water boiler and the heat conduction oil furnace. The device and method for vibrating, compacting and reinforcing the salinized soil foundation have the advantages of being simpler in process, higher in construction convenience, good in reinforcing effect and excellent in economic effect.
