The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent control, in particular to an intelligent water affair non-negative pressure water supply system which comprises a data acquisition module, a building water consumption prediction module, an MDP model construction module, an optimization module and a control result generation module. According to the invention, a building water data set is collected and processed through a data acquisition module; using an SVR-DNN prediction model in the building water consumption prediction module to carry out water consumption flow prediction; defining a state space, an action space and a reward function framework suitable for the non-negative pressure water supply system by means of an MDP model building module; the optimization module dynamically adjusts the operation frequency of the water pump according to the predicted value of the water consumption by utilizing a DDPG-ATT model on the basis of the MDP model; and the control result generation module uses the trained model to obtain an optimal decision according to the real-time data. Real-time monitoring and strategy adjustment of the operation state of the system are achieved, and it is ensured that the system efficiently and flexibly operates under the condition of different water demands.
