Self-resetting friction damper
The invention discloses a self-resetting friction damper which comprises an inner side friction plate capable of being installed on the side wall of a wall column on one side and an outer side friction plate capable of being installed on the side wall of a wall column on the other opposite side or hung on the bottom wall of a beam. The inner side friction plate is inserted between the two first transverse plates and can be in friction moving fit relative to the length direction of the first transverse plates, the shape memory alloy and the friction damper are combined, when the inner side friction plate and the outer side friction plate relatively slide, a part of the shape memory alloy wire is in a pulled state, and therefore the shape memory alloy wire can be tensioned; due to the fact that stress is increased to induce phase transformation from austenite to martensite, part of energy is dissipated, friction force generated by the inner side friction plate, the upper side friction plate and the lower side friction plate acts jointly to dissipate energy, the applied pre-tightening force can be reduced by adding the shape memory alloy wire, and therefore the risk that the friction supporting component is unstable is avoided.
本发明公开了一种自复位摩擦阻尼器,包括可安装在一侧墙柱侧壁上的内侧摩擦板以及可安装在相对另一侧墙柱侧壁上或者吊置在梁底壁上的外侧摩擦板,外侧摩擦板包括两个上下水平正对设置的第一横板,内侧摩擦板插置于两个第一横板之间,且可相对第一横板的长度方向进行摩擦移动配合,本发明通过将形状记忆合金和摩擦阻尼器结合,当内侧摩擦板和外侧摩擦板发生相对滑动时,使一部分形状记忆合金丝处于受拉状态,由于应力增加诱发奥氏体向马氏体的相变,耗散部分能量,与内侧摩擦板与上侧摩擦板、下侧摩擦板产生摩擦力共同作用耗散能量,形状记忆合金丝的加入可以减小施加的预紧力,从而避免摩擦支撑构件失稳的风险。
