The corrugated steel pipe spiral stirrup cage compound constraint high-strength concrete core column sequentially penetrates through the upper-layer prefabricated concrete wall, the horizontal post-pouring connecting layer and the lower-layer prefabricated concrete wall from top to bottom. A reinforcing mesh formed by interweaving vertically-distributed reinforcing steel bars, horizontally-distributed reinforcing steel bars and tie steel bars is embedded in the prefabricated concrete wall. When the upper-layer prefabricated concrete wall and the lower-layer prefabricated concrete wall are assembled, vertically-distributed steel bars in the upper-layer prefabricated concrete wall and the lower-layer prefabricated concrete wall are connected and anchored in a horizontal joint bar plug pin mode.
