The invention discloses a liftable operating platform and a using method, the liftable operating platform comprises a first vertical plate and a second vertical plate, the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate are spaced left and right, the lower parts between the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate are jointly connected with a fixing plate, and a lifting platform is mounted between the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate in an up-down sliding manner; a lifting assembly connected with the lifting platform is arranged on the fixing plate and drives the lifting platform to ascend or descend. The lifting assembly comprises a vertical lead screw located between the first vertical plate and the second vertical plate, the vertical lead screw perpendicularly penetrates through the fixing plate and is in threaded connection with the fixing plate, the lower end of the vertical lead screw is connected with a driving motor arranged on the lower bottom face of the fixing plate, and the upper end of the vertical lead screw perpendicularly penetrates through the lifting platform and is in threaded connection with the lifting platform. The lifting operation platform is simple in structure, low in production cost, convenient to move, beneficial to construction, high in stability and suitable for various working environments.
