Comprising a handle unit which comprises a handle and a handle seat; the clutch support is rotatably assembled on the handle seat and comprises a first through hole and a first matching groove; a lock bar unit; the positioning piece is arranged on the clutch support in a sleeving manner, is transversely and movably arranged on the handle seat and comprises a second through hole and a third matching groove; the shifting unit comprises a positioning rod and a shifting piece which are arranged on the clutch support in a penetrating mode, and the shifting piece comprises a second matching groove and a shifting pin; the positioning pin is fixedly arranged on the handle and penetrates through the right end of the first matching groove and the left end of the second matching groove; rapid counter locking can be achieved by lifting the handle, the shifting unit is driven to rotate through the positioning pin during lifting, and therefore the shifting pin drives the positioning piece to lock the clutch support, the clutch support cannot rotate, and the counter locking purpose is achieved; the structure is simple, operation is convenient, and the whole is simpler and more attractive.
