The rack is provided with a transmission assembly used for driving the anti-eccentricity base to move in the axis direction of the anchor rod, the output end of the transmission assembly is in transmission connection with the anti-eccentricity base, and the input end of the transmission assembly is located on the moving path of the drilling machine. The anti-eccentricity limiting part is arranged at the position of the middle section of the anchor rod, so that the problem of eccentricity during rotation of the anchor rod is solved, and the possibility of breakage is reduced.
