The invention discloses a throat transition section curvature-adjustable outer mold trolley and a curvature-adjustable open cut tunnel lining trolley, and belongs to the technical field of open cut tunnel lining devices. The curvature of an inner template and an outer template of the trolley can be adjusted. According to the technical scheme, the throat transition section curvature-adjustable outer mold trolley is structurally characterized in that an outer mold main portal is a whole formed by connecting a plurality of outer mold portal supports which are longitudinally arranged in parallel, and a plurality of first arched supporting beams, a plurality of second arched supporting beams and a plurality of third arched supporting beams are longitudinally arranged in parallel and arranged in a nested mode; the outer mold template is divided into two parts, namely an outer left template and an outer right template, the outer left template comprises a straight side wall template, an outer mold common template and an outer mold additional template which are mutually hinged from bottom to top, and each template is provided with a template truss; and each template truss is connected with the corresponding arched support beam. The curvature-adjustable open cut tunnel lining trolley further comprises an inner mold trolley which is located in the lower portion of the throat transition section curvature-adjustable outer mold trolley. The method is used for variable cross-section open cut tunnel lining.
本发明咽喉过渡段可调曲率外模台车及可调曲率明洞衬砌台车,属于明洞衬砌装置技术领域。目的在于提供一种台车,其内外模板均可调曲率。采用如下技术方案:咽喉过渡段可调曲率外模台车结构为:外模主门架为多个纵向平行排列的外模门式支架连接在一起的整体,多个第一拱形支撑梁、第二拱形支撑梁、第三拱形支撑梁均纵向平行排列,嵌套设置;外模模板分为外左模板和外右模板两部分,外左模板包括从下到上相互铰接的直边墙模板、外模共用模板和外模增设模板,各模板上均设置有模板桁架;各模板桁架与相应拱形支撑梁连接。可调曲率明洞衬砌台车,还包括内模台车,内模台车位于咽喉过渡段可调曲率外模台车下方内部。本发明用于变截面明洞衬砌。
