The glaze slip is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 42 parts of potassium feldspar, 7 parts of Suzhou soil, 5 parts of quartz, 0-8 parts of calcite, 9 parts of zinc oxide, 6.2 parts of titanium dioxide, 25 parts of frit, 7 parts of barium carbonate, 1.4 parts of copper oxide and 2 parts of cobalt oxide. The fineness of the glaze slip reaches 250 meshes, and the specific gravity is 1.5-1.6 g/cm < 3 >. The principle that the opacifying effect of titanium is poor under the condition that the calcium content is low is utilized, and a glaze surface with a transmutation effect is generated through reaction. When the calcium content is moderate, the glaze surface glossiness is good; when the calcium content is low, the glaze surface is poor in glossiness, the glaze surface is matte or even dark, and the color changes to black brown; and the glaze surface is green when the calcium content is high. By controlling the fineness of the glaze slip, the firing quality of the glaze surface is ensured; and by controlling the spraying thickness of the glaze layer, the furnace transmutation effect of the glaze color is ensured. The thermal stability, microwave oven test and lead and cadmium dissolution amount of the product can reach the standard of daily tableware.
