The silicon-aluminum cementing material comprises a base material and an alkaline activator, and the base material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 30-70% of calcined coal gangue, 0-30% of red mud, 0-30% of steel slag, 0-40% of cement clinker, 0-40% of gypsum and 0-10% of carbide slag; wherein the red mud is calcined red mud or uncalcined red mud; the strength is formed quickly, the final strength is high and the application range is wide; meanwhile, a large amount of solid waste coal gangue and red mud can be consumed, and resource utilization is achieved. The raw material treatment system comprises a homogenizing system, a feeding system, a drying and calcining system and a grinding system which are arranged in sequence, through the raw material treatment system, the raw material directly applied to preparation of the silicon-aluminum cementing material can be obtained, and large-scale industrial preparation of the silicon-aluminum cementing material is facilitated.
