The method comprises the following steps: (1) taking soybean dregs, drying and grinding to obtain bean dregs for later use, or preparing the ground bean dregs into turbid liquid for later use; (2) preparing a urease-containing solution for later use; (3) preparing a reaction solution for later use; (4) filling the bean dregs obtained in the step (1) into a to-be-repaired soil body or a soil body crack, and then injecting the urease-containing solution obtained in the step (2) and the reaction liquid obtained in the step (3); or the turbid liquid obtained in the step (1) is injected into the to-be-repaired soil body or the soil body crack, and then the urease-containing solution obtained in the step (2) and the reaction liquid obtained in the step (3) are injected. Through introduction of the soybean dregs, the anti-seepage plugging effect of single biomineralization is improved, and the anti-seepage plugging agent is low in cost, environmentally friendly and easy to popularize and use.
