The invention provides a pile end post-grouting expanded-base precast pile and a construction method thereof.The construction method of the pile end post-grouting expanded-base precast pile comprises the steps that a precast pile body and a grouting pile tip are machined, and the size of the cross section of the grouting pile tip is larger than the size of the cross section of the precast pile body; the first-section precast pile penetrates through a static pressure pile machine clamp and then is welded to a grouting pile tip; static pressure pile sinking is conducted, and meanwhile a grouting pipe is installed; and grouting is conducted on the pile end area through the grouting pipe and the grouting pile tip, and grout returns upwards to reinforce the damaged soil body on the pile side. Through the configuration, the bottom-expanded precast pile can be conveniently constructed by adopting a static pressure pile machine, and the construction is simplified; meanwhile, the enlarged grouting pile tip increases the pile end area of the precast pile, and the end resistance of the precast pile is improved; the pile end area of the precast pile is grouted, the soil layer in the area is reinforced, and the end resistance of the precast pile is further improved; the grout flows upwards along the pile side, a damaged soil layer in the pile sinking process is reinforced, the side resistance of the precast pile is improved, and therefore the overall bearing capacity of the precast pile is improved, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明提供一种桩端后注浆扩底预制桩及其施工方法,桩端后注浆扩底预制桩的施工方法包括:加工预制桩本体和注浆桩尖,注浆桩尖的横截面尺寸大于预制桩本体的横截面尺寸;首节预制桩穿过静压桩机夹具后与注浆桩尖焊接;静压沉桩,同时安装注浆管;通过注浆管和注浆桩尖向桩端区域注浆,浆液上返加固桩侧受损土体。如此配置,便于采用静压桩机施工扩底预制桩,简化了施工;同时,扩大的注浆桩尖增加了预制桩桩端面积,提高了预制桩的端部阻力;通过向预制桩桩端区域注浆,加固该区域土层,进一步提高了预制桩的端部阻力;浆液沿桩侧上返,加固沉桩过程中受损的土层,提高了预制桩的侧面阻力,从而提高预制桩的整体承载力,降低工程造价。
