The invention discloses an elastic assembly type comprehensive pipe gallery pipe joint seam construction method which comprises the following construction steps: S1, when a pipe gallery pipe joint is prefabricated, forming a preformed groove in a corresponding position on an opposite surface of a pipe joint socket joint of the prefabricated pipe gallery pipe joint; s2, the elastic water stop component is machined; s3, the elastic water stop component with the proper length is cut out; s4, after a section of prefabricated pipe gallery pipe joint is assembled, the elastic water stop component and the reserved groove are aligned and fixed; s5, after the prefabricated pipe gallery pipe joint is aligned with the assembled pipe gallery, the elastic water stop component is tightly attached to the surface of a pipe joint bell and spigot through longitudinal extrusion; and S6, waterproof treatment is conducted on the joint overlapping face of the two prefabricated pipe gallery pipe joints. According to the construction method, splicing construction can be efficiently completed on site through the pipe joint socket and the elastic water stop component. Reverse pressure is provided through the elastic steel plate clamp, the requirements for product machining and construction precision are lowered, and the comprehensive efficiency is improved.
