The invention provides a flashlight double-drive curtain driving structure and a curtain. The driving structure comprises a rotating wheel, a driven twisting core, a driving twisting core, a driven rotating piece and a driving rotating piece receiving electric rotating power which are coaxially arranged from right to left; the rotating wheel is fixedly connected with the driven twisting core; wherein the driven rotating piece and the driving rotating piece are rotationally connected and are provided with a linkage structure; the left end of the driving twisting core is rotationally connected with the driven rotating piece or one of the driving rotating pieces, a driving inclined sliding groove is formed in the right end of each driving rotating piece, a driven inclined sliding groove is formed in the right end of each driven rotating piece, and a twisting core protrusion of the driving twisting core is arranged in a public groove formed by the driving inclined sliding grooves and the driven inclined sliding grooves. The shape change of the common groove pushes the driving twisting core to axially rotate and move rightwards to be clamped with the driven twisting core; during disconnection, the electric rotating power drives the driving rotating part to reversely rotate by a preset angle to reset.
