The invention relates to the technical field of door body machining, in particular to an extremely narrow frame door and a machining method thereof. The machining method of the extremely-narrow frame door comprises the following preparation steps that S1, plates are machined into a frame and a base plate, and the surface of the frame is coated with a film covering material; s2, after an adhesive material is applied to the splicing position of the base plate and the frame, splicing is conducted, and a door body semi-finished product is obtained; and S3, the door body semi-finished product is subjected to edge sealing, and then the extremely-narrow frame door is obtained. The assembled extremely-narrow frame door is novel in structure, the frame does not completely wrap the edge of the whole base plate, the thickness of the frame and the thickness of the whole frame door can be reduced as much as possible, and the extremely-narrow effect is achieved; and the frame is coated with the CPL material, so that the door with the extremely narrow frame has longer service life, more wood-like patterns and colors can be made, and the color difference between the patterns and the colors of the substrate is not greater.
本发明涉及门体加工技术领域，尤其涉及一种极窄边框门及其加工方法。该极窄边框门的加工方法包括如下制备步骤：S1.将板材分别加工为边框和基板，并在所述边框的表面包覆覆膜材料；S2.在所述基板与所述边框的拼合处施加胶黏材料后进行拼装，得到门体半成品；S3.对所述门体半成品进行封边后，即得到所述极窄边框门。拼装后的极窄边框门结构较为新颖，边框并未将整个基板的边沿完全包覆在内，可以尽量缩小边框以及整个边框门的厚度，做到了极窄的效果；且在边框处包覆CPL材料，使本方案的极窄边框门具有较长的使用寿命，能做更多的仿木纹花色，与基板的花色之间也不会出现较大的色差。
