The invention belongs to the technical field of industrial ardealite recycling, and particularly discloses a curb production method with ardealite as a main raw material and a curb.The method comprises the steps that a mold is arranged, two hydraulic jacks are adopted for extrusion production of the curb, and the mold comprises a first fixing plate and a second fixing plate which are vertically arranged; wherein a pressing plate is hinged to the second fixing plate, the pressing plate is used for forming rigid connection with the first fixing plate after covering, the pressing plate is provided with a top face and an extrusion face, the top face is in a horizontal state after the pressing plate is in rigid connection with the first fixing plate, the cross section of the extrusion face is in an arc shape, and the extrusion face is used for pressing the pressing plate in the pressing plate covering process. Curb raw materials located between the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate are extruded, and after the pressing plate covers the first fixing plate and is rigidly connected with the first fixing plate, the first fixing plate, the second fixing plate and the pressing plate form a curb forming cavity with openings in the two ends. The production process is simple, a special mold is combined, curb extrusion forming can be rapidly achieved, the requirement for other auxiliary production equipment is low, and the overall curb production supporting plate is low.
本发明属于工业磷石膏再利用技术领域，具体公开一种以磷石膏为主要原料的路缘石生产方法及路缘石，该方法包括设置模具，采用两台液压千斤顶挤压生产路缘石，模具包括竖直布置的第一固定板和第二固定板，其中第二固定板上铰接一压板，压板用于盖合后与第一固定板形成刚性连接，压板构造有一顶面和挤压面，顶面在所述压板与第一固定板形成刚性连接后成水平状态，挤压面的横截面成圆弧状，挤压面用于在压板盖合过程中，挤压位于第一固定板和第二固定板之间的路缘石原料，压板盖合并与第一固定板形成刚性连接后，第一固定板、第二固定板和压板形成两端开口的路缘石成型腔。本发明的生产过程简单，结合专用模具，可快速实现路缘石挤压成型，且对其他辅助生产设备的要求较低，路缘石整体生产撑板较低。
