The invention discloses a production process of a decorative gypsum board based on a phase change microcapsule technology. The production process comprises the following steps: manufacturing gypsum slurry, cleaning a mold, manufacturing a gypsum board surface layer, laminating, leveling and demolding. According to the special-shaped gypsum board, the multiple glass fiber nets and the embedded parts are arranged in the gypsum board, the structural strength of the gypsum board is enhanced through the glass fiber nets, the special-shaped gypsum board is not prone to damage during demolding and use, and meanwhile the special-shaped gypsum board is convenient to mount and dismount through the embedded parts; the phase change energy storage material is combined with the gypsum, so that the temperature change in the gypsum aging heat release process tends to be stable, and the energy storage capacity and the energy-saving effect of a building can be effectively improved; by adding the retarder, the water reducer, the composite activator, the wood fiber and the like into the gypsum slurry, the setting time of the gypsum slurry can be effectively controlled, so that the gypsum board is more convenient to manufacture, the strength of the gypsum board is favorably increased, and the overall performance of the gypsum board is improved.
