The invention discloses a method for preparing a magnesium oxychloride cement product by acid leaching of boric sludge, and belongs to the technical field of comprehensive utilization of industrial solid wastes. The method comprises the following steps: drying, grinding and sieving boric sludge to obtain pretreated boric sludge; adding the pretreated boric sludge into hydrochloric acid at room temperature, and soaking to obtain a boric sludge acid leaching substance; and mixing the boric sludge acid leaching substance, light-burned magnesia powder and water to obtain low-proportion magnesium oxychloride cement paste, demolding, and curing to obtain the magnesium oxychloride cement product. According to the method disclosed by the invention, resource utilization of the boric sludge is realized, the problem of accumulation of the boric sludge is solved, the problem of high energy consumption caused by means of heating, calcining and the like required for treating the boric sludge at the present stage is reduced, and no new solid waste is generated. Meanwhile, after the low-proportion magnesium oxychloride cement product is prepared, the consumption of the light-burned magnesium powder is reduced, and the research on the low-proportion magnesium oxychloride cement product is promoted.
