The invention relates to a mix proportion design method of a recycled asphalt mixture. The recycled asphalt mixture comprises an RAP material, a new mineral aggregate and new asphalt. The RAP material comprises at least two groups of RAP materials, and particle size intervals of each group of RAP materials are not overlapped; the total doping amount of the RAP material is 30%-50%. The mix proportion design method of the recycled asphalt mixture comprises the following steps: S1, determining the mixing amount of each group of RAP materials in the recycled asphalt mixture according to the asphalt content of each group of RAP materials; wherein the mass ratio of each group of RAP materials is equal to the ratio of the asphalt content of each group of RAP materials; and S2, determining the mixing amount of the new asphalt in the recycled asphalt mixture by using a Marshall test. According to the method, the utilization rate of the old aggregate and the old asphalt in the RAP material can be increased to the maximum extent, and meanwhile it is guaranteed that the pavement performance of the designed recycled asphalt mixture meets the design requirement.
本发明涉及一种再生沥青混合料的配合比设计方法,所述再生沥青混合料包括RAP料、新矿料和新沥青;所述RAP料包括至少两组RAP料,各组RAP料的粒径区间互不重叠;所述RAP料的总掺量为30%‑50%。再生沥青混合料的配合比设计方法包括以下步骤:S1、根据各组RAP料的沥青含量,确定各组RAP料在所述再生沥青混合料中的掺量;其中,各组RAP料之间的质量比等于各组RAP料之间的沥青含量之比;S2、利用马歇尔试验,确定所述新沥青在所述再生沥青混合料中的掺量。本发明能够最大程度地提高RAP料中旧集料以及旧沥青的利用率,同时保证设计出的再生沥青混合料的路用性能符合设计要求。
