The shield synchronous grouting material suitable for the water-rich karst stratum comprises cement, water, a modified inorganic powder material, a modified water reducing agent, a sulfate drought strength agent and polypropylene fibers. Fly ash floating beads, light calcium carbonate and wollastonite are mixed and ground to micron order, and mixture inorganic powder is obtained; the mixture inorganic powder is modified by the coupling agent and can replace fine aggregate, so that the mechanical strength of the grouting material is improved. The modified water reducing agent with high water reducing efficiency and good dispersity is prepared by carrying out addition polymerization on an esterified monomer containing an aliphatic long chain, hydrolyzed butylidene dianhydride with polyfunctional groups and sodium methallyl sulfonate.
