The invention relates to a jet 3D printing tunnel high-waterproof concrete lining structure and a construction method thereof, and solves the problem of non-uniform structure stress caused by a waterproof layer between a primary lining and a secondary lining in a traditional composite lining structure by carrying out multifunctional gradient structure design in printing concrete. The multifunctional gradient structure is of a three-layer structure, namely a hydrophobic layer, an impervious layer and a tough layer, the multifunctional gradient structure is finely and intelligently constructed based on spraying 3D layer-by-layer printing, the functionality of printing concrete of all layers can be flexibly controlled, and the problem that the flatness and integrity of a lining structure are poor due to back break in a tunnel can be solved. A solution is provided for waterproof design in novel tunnel lining structure construction, and intelligent tunnel construction is greatly promoted.
本发明涉及喷射3D打印隧道高防水混凝土衬砌结构及其施工方法,通过在打印混凝土中进行多功能梯度结构设计,解决传统复合式衬砌结构中初衬和二衬间的防水层引起结构受力不均匀的问题。多功能梯度结构具有三层结构:疏水层、抗渗层和强韧层,多功能梯度结构是基于喷射3D逐层打印进行的精细化智能建造,可对各层打印混凝土的功能性进行灵活控制,并且可解决隧道中超欠挖引起的衬砌结构平整性和整体性差的问题。本发明为新型隧道衬砌结构建造中防水性设计提供了解决方案,极大促进隧道建设的智能建造。
