The invention discloses lightweight foamed concrete and a preparation method thereof, and the lightweight foamed concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 120-140 parts of Portland cement, 300-340 parts of fine sand, 180-200 parts of water, 220-240 parts of an anionic foaming agent, 3-5 parts of a water reducing agent, 25-27 parts of a foam stabilizer, 5-10 parts of a modified stearate waterproof agent and 25-30 parts of polypropylene fiber. The Portland cement, the fine sand, the water, the anionic foaming agent, the water reducing agent, the foam stabilizer, the modified stearate waterproof agent and the polypropylene fiber are combined into the foamed concrete, and stearate is modified into the modified stearate waterproof agent, so that the stability, durability and compatibility with other components of the stearate can be improved; therefore, the bonding strength between the cement material and the aggregate is enhanced, the strength of the foamed concrete is enhanced, and the water absorption of the foamed concrete can be reduced, so that the volume change and cracks caused by water permeation are reduced, the cracking phenomenon on the surface of the foamed concrete is avoided, and the overall attractiveness of the foamed concrete is ensured.
本发明公开了一种轻质发泡混凝土及其制备方法,以重量份计,由如下原料组成:硅酸盐水泥120‑140份、细砂300‑340份、水180‑200份、阴离子型发泡剂220‑240份、减水剂3‑5份、稳泡剂25‑27份、改性硬脂酸盐防水剂5‑10份、聚丙烯纤维25‑30份;本发明通过硅酸盐水泥、细砂、水、阴离子型发泡剂、减水剂、稳泡剂、改性硬脂酸盐防水剂和聚丙烯纤维组合成发泡混凝土,通过将硬脂酸盐改性为改性硬脂酸盐防水剂,可以增加硬脂酸盐的稳定性、耐久性以及与其他组份的相容性,因此增强了水泥材料和骨料之间的结合强度,使得发泡混凝土的强度增强,而且能够降低发泡混凝土的吸水性,从而减少因水分渗透引起的体积变化和裂缝,避免发泡混凝土表面出现开裂现象,保证了发泡混凝土整体的美观性。
