According to the method, the ceramic substrate is prepared through the steps of powder coating, degreasing and sintering, the adhesion isolation powder with the purity larger than or equal to 99.99% and the particle size ranging from 1 micrometer to 100 micrometers is selected in the powder coating step, the purity of the adhesion isolation powder is improved, and the risk that pits appear on the finished ceramic substrate due to the fact that the adhesion isolation powder reacts with a ceramic biscuit in the sintering process is reduced; sintering treatment is carried out in an inert atmosphere, so that pocking marks on the finished ceramic substrate caused by reaction of the isolation powder, floating dust and the product can be reduced.
