The invention provides a surface coating of a ceramic mold brick as well as a preparation method and application of the surface coating. The surface coating comprises a boron nitride layer, a carbon layer and a silicon carbon compound layer which are sequentially stacked in the direction from the position close to the ceramic mold brick body to the position away from the ceramic mold brick body. According to the invention, through the synergistic cooperation of the composite coating of the boron nitride layer, the carbon layer and the silicon carbon compound layer, the unique performance of each material is maintained, meanwhile, the performance of the whole coating is remarkably improved through the synergistic effect of the layers, and a composite coating system capable of bearing a high-temperature environment and protecting a matrix material is created; therefore, the heat resistance, the oxidation resistance and the mechanical strength of the ceramic mold brick are improved, the cost is reduced while high-quality production is ensured, and the economic benefit is improved.
本发明提供了一种陶瓷模砖的表面涂层及其制备方法和应用。沿靠近陶瓷模砖本体至远离陶瓷模砖本体的方向上,所述表面涂层包括依次层叠的氮化硼层、碳层和硅碳化合物层。本发明通过氮化硼层、碳层和硅碳化合物层的复合涂层的协同配合,在保持每种材料独特性能的同时,通过各层之间的协同作用,显著提升了整体涂层的性能,创建了一个既能承受高温环境,又能保护基体材料的复合涂层系统;从而提升了陶瓷模砖的耐热性、抗氧化性能和机械强度,确保了高质量生产的同时还降低了成本,提升了经济效益。
