According to the pavement slab mounting structure for on-site additional paving construction and the construction method, prefabricated track formworks on the two sides of a foundation pavement extend in the length direction, a leveling bonding layer bonded between the prefabricated track formworks and the foundation pavement is formed by a bonding agent injected from grouting holes of the prefabricated track formworks, a cast-in-place section is poured on the foundation pavement, and the cast-in-place section is connected with the prefabricated track formworks. The cast-in-place section and the prefabricated track formworks on the two sides are connected into an integral structure, and adjusting devices used for adjusting the installation height of the prefabricated track formworks are installed on the prefabricated track formworks. According to the pavement slab mounting structure for on-site additional paving construction, the cast-in-place prefabricated track formworks are installed in advance and then form an organic whole with the cast-in-place section, the leveling bonding layers can effectively improve the bonding strength of the prefabricated track formworks and the foundation pavement, and the prefabricated track formworks are used for isolating adjacent pavement slabs and providing the walking function of construction equipment; and in combination with a cast-in-place rapid curing material, full-width synchronous large-area construction of the foundation pavement can be efficiently completed within a short time.
