Meanwhile, a temporary cable bent tower is erected on the 0 # section of the upper chord beam, a plurality of upper buckling cables are installed on the temporary cable bent tower, and each section of the upper chord beam is connected with the lower ends of the two upper buckling cables; meanwhile, a lower buckle cable is installed on the segment of each lower chord arch, and the middle of each lower buckle cable penetrates through the bridge pier; and thirdly, the hanging basket on the lower chord arch is dismantled, and the folding section is poured through the hanging basket on the upper chord beam. The stress systems of the upper chord beam and the lower chord arch are mutually independent, and the stress balance is prevented from being influenced by the construction progress of the upper chord beam and the lower chord arch.
