The invention discloses an uplift pile construction device and method based on a rock foundation. The uplift pile construction device comprises a grouting mechanism and an extension mechanism and further comprises a positioning mechanism. The stretching mechanism comprises an extension body and a cone, a plurality of arc-shaped guide rail grooves are formed in the bottom surface of the extension body, the cone is defined by a plurality of petals, and each petal of the cone is provided with an arc-shaped guide rail; the positioning mechanism comprises a plurality of blocking grooves located in the bottom face of the extending body and elastic positioning pieces located on the arc-shaped guide rails. According to the uplift pile construction, the arc-shaped guide rail can only slide along the arc-shaped guide rail groove, so that the unfolding amplitudes of the cone in all directions can be controlled to be synchronous; during piling, the cone and the pile body cannot be separated, stable grouting can be achieved, and the head pulling resisting effect of full unfolding is achieved; all the petals of the cone are unfolded outwards to the same maximum unfolding position under the grouting pressure, so that balance in all directions during grouting is achieved, and accurate control over the bottom expanding head is facilitated; the pile body and the cone are stably connected, the self strength is high, and the anti-pulling performance is good.
本发明公开了一种基于岩石地基的抗拔桩施工装置及施工方法,包括注浆机构、伸展机构,还包括定位机构;伸展机构包括延伸体和锥体,延伸体底面设有多道圆弧形导轨槽,锥体由多瓣围合而成,且每瓣所述锥体设有弧形导轨;定位机构包括位于延伸体底面的多个挡槽和位于每一弧形导轨上的弹性定位件;该抗拔桩施工通过弧形导轨只能沿圆弧形导轨槽滑动,利于控制锥体各向展开的幅度保持同步;打桩时锥体与桩体不会分离,可稳定注浆实现其充分展开的抗拔头效果;锥体各瓣在注浆压力下向外展开至相同最大展开位置,从而实现注浆时的各向平衡,也利于对底部扩大头精确控制;桩体与锥体之间稳定连接,自身的强度高,抗拔性能好。
