Underwater in-situ 3D printing repairing and building construction method for concrete structure
The embodiment of the invention discloses an underwater in-situ 3D printing repairing and building construction method for a concrete structure. The method comprises the steps that a damaged part of the underwater concrete structure is cut and shaped; an underwater protective agent is put into the water body where the underwater concrete structure is located; setting printing parameters of the 3D printer according to the size of the damaged part after cutting and shaping; and a printing nozzle of the 3D printer is moved downwards to the position of the damaged part after cutting and shaping, then the mixed 3D printing cement-based material is poured into a concrete pump machine and conveyed to the printing nozzle through a guide pipe, and printing is started till repairing of the damaged part is completed. According to the method, the efficiency and effect of underwater in-situ repair and underwater building construction of the concrete structure can be improved.
本发明实施例公开了一种混凝土结构的水下原位3D打印修复及建造施工方法,该方法包括:对水下混凝土结构的发生损坏的部分进行切割整形;在所述水下混凝土结构所处水体中投入水下保护剂;根据切割整形后的所述发生损坏的部分的尺寸设置3D打印机的打印参数;将所述3D打印机的打印喷嘴向下移动至切割整形后的所述发生损坏的部分的位置处,随后将拌制的3D打印水泥基材料倾倒入混凝土泵机中并用导管输送至打印喷嘴,开始打印,直至完成对所述发生损坏的部分的修复。本发明有助于提高混凝土结构水下原位修复以及水下建造施工的效率和效果。
