Ultra-thin building component
The invention discloses an ultra-thin building component which is suitable for hoisting and building a whole plate of an automatic building machine, the building component is based on a plate body formed by stacking formed building blocks, a core column reinforcing steel bar with the top end and the bottom end exposed is arranged in a through hole of the plate body in a penetrating mode and fixed in a grouting mode, and a steel sheet-shaped interlayer is integrally and fixedly connected to the outer side of the plate body. A cement gel painting and facing layer is arranged on the surface layer, and the steel sheet-shaped interlayer is integrally welded with the core column reinforcing steel bar. The building construction member can be a non-bearing filler wall, a bearing column wall or a prefabricated floor slab, the number of various required members and the weight of a single member can be conveniently configured through the prefabricated rated size of the building construction member and a preset drawing ruler of a building body, and the building construction member is suitable for automatic assembly type building construction operation; meanwhile, by means of the ultra-thin building component, the proportion of the house use area occupied by the wall and the cost of building materials can be greatly reduced under the condition that the requirement for the structural strength of a residential building is met, and the additional value of a single dozens of floors of residence can be increased.
本发明揭示了一种超薄型造楼构件,适用于自动造楼机整板吊装搭建,该造楼构件以成型砌块码砌所得的板体为基础,在板体的通孔中穿设有顶底两端露头的芯柱钢筋并注浆固定,在板体外侧一体固接有钢质片状夹层,并在表层设有水泥胶粉刷兼饰面层,其中钢质片状夹层与芯柱钢筋一体焊连。该造楼构件可以是非承重填充墙、承重柱墙或预制楼板,通过造楼构件的预制额定尺寸及楼体预设图纸标尺,能够便利地配置各种所需的构件数量和单件重量,并适用于自动化装配式造楼作业;同时利用该超薄型造楼构件,在符合住宅建筑的结构强度要求下,可大幅减少墙体占用房屋使用面积的比例和建材物料的成本,有利于增加单幢十数层住宅的附加值。
