The invention discloses a multifunctional ceiling efficient mounting device and a using method thereof. The mounting device comprises a supporting part, a positioning part and a fixing part. The supporting part is arranged on the working ground; the positioning part is arranged on the outer side of the supporting part; the fixing part is connected with the positioning part; in the suspended ceiling installation process, other devices are transferred and/or the overall height of the installation device is adjusted through the supporting component so as to be matched with other components for operation, meanwhile, the installation precision of a suspended ceiling pull rod and a suspended ceiling plate is ensured through the multiple parts of the positioning component, and the installation precision is improved. A plurality of ceiling pull rods are stably installed at one operation beat through the fixing parts, and the ceiling plate is stably placed at the upper end of a keel matched with the ceiling pull rods through the adsorption effect of the soft rubber suction cups, so that the problem that climbing operation is needed for installation of traditional ceiling pull rods and blocky ceiling plates is solved, and the installation efficiency of the ceiling pull rods and the blocky ceiling plates is improved. The safety of ceiling operation is ensured, and manpower is saved.

本发明公开了一种多功能吊顶高效安装装置及其使用方法，该安装装置包括：支撑部件、定位部件及固定部件；所述支撑部件设于工作地面；所述定位部件设于所述支撑部件外侧；所述固定部件与所述定位部件连接；在吊顶安装过程中，通过所述支撑部件将其他设备转移和/或调整所述安装装置整体高度，以配合其他部件作业，同时，通过所述定位部件的多个零部件确保吊顶拉杆及吊顶板安装精度，并且通过所述固定部件实现一次作业节拍稳定安装多个所述吊顶拉杆，以及通过软胶吸盘的吸附作用，将所述吊顶板稳定放置于与所述吊顶拉杆配合的龙骨上端，解决了传统吊顶拉杆和块状吊顶板安装均需要进行登高作业的问题，确保吊顶作业的安全性，节省人力。
