The invention discloses a movable portable concrete auxiliary pouring device which comprises a base assembly located at the bottom, a connecting assembly connected with the upper portion of the base assembly and a pouring assembly connected with the connecting assembly. The connecting assembly comprises a connecting piece fixed to the upper portion of the base assembly, a telescopic support rod with one end connected with the connecting piece, a fixed hook tool connected with the other end of the telescopic support rod and a rotatable grip with the two ends inserted into the fixed hook tool respectively. The pouring angle is adjusted by rotating the telescopic bracket rod around the connecting piece; the pouring assembly comprises a feeding port movably connected with the rotatable grip, a telescopic chute connected with the lower portion of the feeding port and a flexible belt-shaped assembly with one end connected with the bottom of the telescopic chute and the other end connected with the rotatable grip. The length of the telescopic chute is controlled by adjusting the length of the flexible strip-shaped assembly, and the pouring height is adjusted by adjusting the length of the telescopic support rod; the invention further discloses a corresponding construction method. Concrete pouring in multiple spaces is achieved, and construction safety and efficiency are improved.
