According to the method, the steel strand is fixed through the clamp, then pre-tightening force stretching is conducted outside the body, then the steel strand is fixed to the fixator through the clamp, at the moment, an operator can adjust the pre-stress stretching degree, and finally reinforcement can be completed by taking down the pre-stress stretching device. Compared with an existing scheme, the method has the advantages that steps are simplified, and time is saved.
