The invention discloses a door and window corner glue injection fixing device and a using method thereof. The glue injection fixing device comprises an L-shaped corner connector, a glue injection device, a glue injection device and a glue injection device, wherein a cavity is formed in the L-shaped corner connector; the L-shaped pipe fitting is used for being arranged outside the L-shaped corner connector in a sleeving manner; the glue injection hole is formed in one side of the L-shaped corner connector and communicates with the cavity, and a first through hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the glue injection hole, of the L-shaped pipe fitting; the two soft rubber cushion layers are clamped between the L-shaped corner connector and the L-shaped pipe fitting, and flow guide grooves are formed in the outer surfaces of the two soft rubber cushion layers; and the two glue overflowing holes are formed in the top and the bottom of the L-shaped corner connector correspondingly, the two glue overflowing holes communicate with the cavity, second through holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the glue overflowing holes, of the two flow guide grooves, and the glue injection effect is improved by arranging the glue injection fixing device.
