The invention discloses a track monitoring device. The device comprises a laser assembly which comprises a laser mounting bracket fixed at a ground reference position and a first laser transmitter adjustably fixed in the laser mounting bracket; the displacement feedback assembly comprises a feedback device mounting bracket fixed in the steel rail and a displacement feedback device adjustably fixed in the feedback device mounting bracket; and the light path protection device is arranged in a light path between the first laser transmitter and the displacement feedback device. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the method can adapt to different rail carrying environments, reduces the influence of environment factors on the monitoring result, and guarantees the operation safety of a high-speed railway.
