Bituminous mixture dual-modulus constitutive model based on error analysis
The invention discloses an asphalt mixture dual-modulus constitutive model based on error analysis. According to the model, mechanical parameter testing in a one-dimensional stress state is carried out by utilizing a multifunctional material testing system, mechanical parameter testing in a complex stress state is carried out by utilizing a true triaxial testing system based on different stress combinations possibly appearing in the complex stress state, and stress strain data in different complex stress states are used for testing mechanical parameters in the complex stress state. And on the basis of an error analysis method, performing comparative analysis on each type of dual-modulus constitutive model to obtain an optimal discrimination rule of the asphalt mixture in a complex stress state and a corresponding optimal dual-modulus constitutive model considering tension-compression characteristic difference. The model solves the problem that the linear elastic constitutive relation is not matched with the actual stress characteristic actually borne by the material in the existing asphalt pavement structure design, so that the constitutive mechanical parameter selection of the asphalt mixture is more objective, the pavement structure design is more accurate, and theoretical guidance can be provided for a dual-modulus pavement structure system.
本发明公开了一种基于误差分析的沥青混合料双模量本构模型。该模型通过利用多功能材料测试系统进行一维应力状态下的力学参数测试,并基于复杂应力状态下可能出现的不同应力组合,利用真三轴测试系统开展复杂应力状态下的力学参数测试,通过复杂不同受力状态下的应力应变数据,基于误差分析方法,对各类型双模量本构模型进行对比分析,得到复杂受力状态下沥青混合料最佳判别法则及其对应的考虑拉压特性差异的最优双模量本构模型。该模型解决了现行沥青路面结构设计中线弹性本构关系与材料实际所受的真实应力特性不匹配问题,使得沥青混合料的本构力学参数选取更为客观,路面结构设计更为精准,可为双模量路面结构体系提供了理论指导。
