A water inlet part and a water outlet part; the sewage suction pipe is rotationally arranged on the inner wall of the bottom of the water tank and communicated to the water inlet part; the power part is used for enabling the sewage suction pipe to rotate and enabling water in the water tank to enter the water inlet part from the sewage suction pipe; the cleaning part is mounted between the water outlet part and the water inlet part and is used for cleaning water from the water inlet part; the reverse cleaning part is used for cleaning the cleaning part; the sewage suction pipe is located below the water outlet part, and water in the water tank enters the water inlet part from the sewage suction pipe, flows out of the water outlet part after being cleaned by the cleaning part and returns to the water tank to form circulating cleaning. Circulation of lower water inlet and upper water outlet can be formed, and water flow in the water tank can be well and comprehensively cyclically cleaned; and the reverse cleaning part can clean the cleaning part, so that the service life of the cleaning part is prolonged, and meanwhile, the water flow cleaning effect is improved.
