The concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 400430 parts of cement; and 150170 parts of water. 840950 parts of sand; and 14501550 parts of stones. 68 parts of a water reducing agent; 30 to 45 parts of fly ash; 20 to 25 parts of glass fiber; 30 to 45 parts of cerium hydroxide; 20 to 30 parts of zirconium phosphate; and 5-10 parts of a coupling agent. The high-strength and corrosion-resistant concrete provided by the invention has the advantages of high compressive strength and corrosion resistance.
