The preparation method of the carbon ceramic green body comprises the following steps: placing a carbon fiber preform in an infiltration solution, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment to obtain a modified carbon fiber preform; wherein the infiltration liquid comprises organic silicon modified phenolic resin, siloxane modified polyimide resin, silicon carbide, graphite and silicon dioxide; and performing carbonization treatment and high-temperature sintering on the modified carbon fibers to obtain the carbon ceramic green body. According to the preparation method, a good infiltration effect and a good dispersion effect are achieved on the carbon fibers through the ultrasonic cavitation effect, the combining capacity of the carbon fibers and resin is remarkably improved, and therefore the composite material with more excellent performance is prepared, and the carbon ceramic brake pad high in mechanical strength, resistant to high temperature and resistant to friction is prepared.
