Supporting rail system for high-speed electric maglev train
The invention provides a supporting rail system for a high-speed electric maglev train. The supporting rail system comprises a supporting rail body, a damping layer, a height adjusting layer, a leveling layer and 2N buckling and pressing assemblies. The supporting rail body, the damping layer, the height adjusting layer and the leveling layer are sequentially arranged from top to bottom. The side walls of the two sides of the supporting rail body are each provided with N grooves at intervals in the length direction of the supporting rail body, and the leveling layer is arranged on the upper side of the structure base layer. Each buckling and pressing assembly comprises a bolt sleeve, a bolt, two nuts, an anti-loosening gasket, a nut gasket and an arch-shaped elastic piece, the middle of the bolt is located in the groove, and the upper portion and the lower portion of the bolt stretch out of the groove in the width direction of the groove. The upper portion of the bolt is sequentially sleeved with an arch-shaped elastic piece, a nut gasket, a nut, an anti-loosening gasket and another nut from bottom to top, and the lower portion of the bolt sequentially penetrates through the damping layer, the height adjusting layer and the leveling layer from top to bottom and is connected with the bolt sleeve.
