The invention provides a construction method of an integrated ascending type movable formwork, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, enabling a whole integrated ascending type movable formwork to pass through a hole in a bridge in place, and preparing an initial state of the whole machine; pouring construction below the main beam and binding construction of a reinforcement cage below the rear guide beam are synchronously carried out; demolding the whole machine and preparing a via hole state; and finally, the whole machine carrying the hanging basket jig frame assembly and the reinforcement cage integrally pass through holes to be in place, and the next construction cycle is started. According to the construction method, binding of the whole reinforcement cage and pouring, curing and tensioning procedures of the concrete bridge are carried out at the same time, the construction efficiency is high, and the construction period is short.
本发明提供了一种一体式上行式移动模架的施工方法,首先一体式上行式移动模架整机在桥梁上过孔就位,整机初始状态准备;再同步进行主梁下方的浇注施工和后导梁下方的钢筋笼绑扎施工;然后整机脱模及过孔状态准备;最后整机携挂篮胎架总成和钢筋笼整体一起过孔就位,开始下一个施工循环。该施工方法将绑扎钢筋笼整体与混凝土桥梁浇注、养生、张拉工序同时进行,施工效率高、工期短。
