The invention provides a height-adjustable steel beam frame beam bracket which comprises an upper-layer cross beam and a lower-layer cross beam, two rows of adjusting devices are symmetrically arranged between the upper-layer cross beam and the lower-layer cross beam, and each row of adjusting devices comprises three groups of adjusting mechanisms; each of the upper-layer cross beam and the lower-layer cross beam comprises a left group of beam bodies and a right group of beam bodies, a plurality of longitudinal connecting straight rods are arranged between the two groups of beam bodies, and a horizontal connecting inclined rod is arranged between every two adjacent longitudinal connecting straight rods; a row of limiting supports are arranged between the two rows of adjusting mechanisms and comprise three sets of supporting columns. Limiting pieces are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of each beam body of the upper-layer cross beam, and lifting lugs are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of each beam body of the lower-layer cross beam. The adjusting mechanism comprises a lower end vertical rod and an upper end vertical rod inserted into the lower end vertical rod, and the upper end vertical rod is locked through a fixing piece on the lower end vertical rod.
