Intelligent jacking and beam falling system
The invention belongs to the technical field of bridge jacking devices, and particularly relates to an intelligent jacking and girder falling system which comprises a segmented bridge and distribution girders, the distribution girders are fixedly installed on the two sides of the bottom of the segmented bridge, and supporting blocks are correspondingly arranged below the distribution girders. A plurality of jacking assemblies are linearly installed between the supporting block and the distribution beam, a lifting assembly is installed on the lower portion of each jacking assembly, and the lifting assemblies are connected with an external PLC. The jacking assembly is composed of a plurality of detachable independent units, the jacking assembly comprises a supporting plate and a jacking block, a magnetic plate is fixedly installed in the middle of the supporting plate, a connecting column, a first magnetic block and a second magnetic block are arranged in a sliding cavity in the middle of the jacking block, the multiple jacking blocks can be conveniently and rapidly stacked, installation and operation are easy, and the working efficiency is improved; and in addition, the connecting columns can be automatically retracted into the sliding cavities, so that limitation between every two adjacent jacking blocks is removed, and the jacking blocks are convenient to disassemble.
