Comprehensive treatment construction method for tunnel crossing large karst cave
The invention relates to a comprehensive treatment construction method for a tunnel penetrating through a large karst cave. The method comprises the following steps that existing clay in the karst cave is excavated to the designed elevation of the bottom of a bearing platform; drilling, sequentially lowering the steel pipe pile and the reinforcement cage by a hoisting machine, and backfilling and grouting; laying a reinforcing mesh, and constructing a bearing platform; foam concrete is backfilled to the designed elevation; and a tunnel primary support is constructed, and then an inverted arch and a secondary lining are constructed. The construction method has the beneficial effects that the problem that low-clearance construction in the tunnel is limited is well solved by integrally modifying a hoisting machine and lowering the steel pipe piles and the reinforcement cages in a sectional splicing manner. The non-backfilled part in the karst cave is subjected to the mode of anchor rods and adjustable opposite supporting rods, so that the side wall of the karst cave is effectively prevented from collapsing; a grouting position monitor is mounted at a designed grouting position, so that the concrete backfilling quality and the backfilling position accuracy are ensured; and a plurality of drainage pipes and water collecting tanks are reserved in the karst cave, so that drainage smoothness in the tunnel is realized, and the pressure of the haunch of the tunnel is effectively reduced.
本发明涉及一种隧道穿越大型溶洞综合处治施工方法,包括以下步骤:挖除溶洞内既有黏土至承台底部设计标高;钻孔,吊装机械先后下放钢管桩和钢筋笼,回填注浆;铺设钢筋网,施工承台;回填泡沫混凝土至设计标高;施工隧道初期支护,随后施工仰拱、二次衬砌。本发明的有益效果是:通过对吊装机械进行一体化改装,分节拼接下放钢管桩和钢筋笼,很好地解决了隧道内低净空施工受限的问题。对溶洞内未回填部分采用锚杆加可调节对撑杆的方式,有效地防止溶洞侧壁坍塌;通过在设计注浆位置安装注浆位置监测仪,保证了混凝土回填质量以及回填位置准确性;溶洞内预留数根排水管和集水池,实现了隧道内排水通畅性,有效降低了隧道拱腰的压力。
