The bottom of the sliding block is rotationally connected with a round rod, the middle of the round rod is fixedly connected with a supporting plate, one side of the supporting plate is fixedly connected with an inclined plate, the inclined plate is provided with a through groove, the sliding block is slidably connected into the through groove, the inner wall of one end of the through groove is fixedly connected with a telescopic rod, the telescopic rod is fixedly connected with the sliding block, and the sliding block is rotationally connected with the grouting drill pipe.
