The invention provides a supporting device on an inclined plane of a stair formwork and a using method, the supporting device on the inclined plane of the stair formwork comprises two telescopic side face supporting components which are arranged in parallel, and the two ends of each side face supporting component are connected with end fixing components so as to be fixedly arranged on the inclined plane of the stair formwork; a plurality of step members, each step member comprising a step assembly disposed between two of the side support members; the step assembly can be triangular and is detachably connected with the side face supporting components through a plurality of sleeves which are nested step by step and connected in a sliding mode. According to the using method of the supporting device on the slope of the stair formwork, the supporting device is suitable for stair formworks of different sizes in a telescopic and adjustable mode, and the stepping components can provide support for people to walk on the slope of the stair formwork. The stair formwork has the beneficial effects that the applicability is wide, mounting and dismounting are convenient, the construction safety can be improved, the quality of the stair formwork is not affected after dismounting, and the stair formwork can be contracted to reduce the occupied space during storage.
